Jane Kolleeny <<< contact
Jane Kolleeny works as the managing editor of GreenSource: The Magazine of Sustainable Design, a publication on green buildings for members of the U.S. Green Building Council and other subscribers, from its founding in 2006 until the present. She also has served as a Senior Editor for Architectural Record magazine since 2000. For these magazines, she edits, writes, scouts, assigns, shepherds, manages, schedules, and represents both publications on media panels, at conventions, and other venues. She has served on juries and panels for various AIA’s national and local chapters, the New York chapter of the US Green Building Council, ASLA, and SMPS. Before that, she worked as a marketing director for several architecture firms for 12 years before joining Architectural Record in 2000.
With regard to green buildings, Jane works closely with most of the top green building design firms, leadership from the U.S. Green Building Council, and has been writing stories about sustainability for years. |

Alanna Malone <<< contact
Assistant editor Alanna Malone came to GreenSource Magazine in 2008 as an intern while still earning her undergraduate degree. She is the former news editor of her college newspaper and also interned with The Reporter’s Committee for Freedom of the Press in Washington, D.C. Originally from Long Island, she graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, in 2009 and currently resides in Brooklyn.
