It’s rare to find undeveloped land inside Dallas’s I-635 loop. It is perhaps rarer to develop it according to Diana Cheatham’s vision. Cheatham, owner of Urban Edge Developers and CCM General Contractors, transformed a hilly 14 acres on the north side of the city into an enclave of Modernist residential architecture known as Urban Reserve…
