Zurn One-Pint-Flush Urinals

Zurn’s one-pint ultra-high-efficiency urinals—they have seven models to choose from—are an easy retrofit to save water, satisfy code organizations that are reluctant about waterless units (cleaning crews will like the reduced maintenance as well), and appeal to traditional urinal users. An internal flow regulator guarantees consistent water savings, and the hands-free smart flush sensor (with a manual override button) is optimized for a 200,000-cycle battery life. Bimini Residential Gas Boilers

Condensing boilers capture the heat of vaporization from water in the combustion gases, boosting efficiency. Bimini gas-fired, fully modulating, sealed-combustion, condensing boilers have annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) ratings up to 95.4 percent for residential-sized models. Modulated output minimizes inefficiencies associated with on-off cycling. H2Option Dual-Flush Toilet

American Standard has redesigned the dual-flush toilet to provide a larger water surface, better bowl washing, and less water splash. Dual-flush toilets tend to rely most heavily on the “pull” of the water down the trap to evacuate a steeply-sloped bowl; the H2Option puts more emphasis on a quieter “push” of jetted water from beneath the rim of a bowl that looks and acts more like the old water-wasting ones we grew up with.
